Dr-Koff will not treat a cough that is caused by smoking, asthma, or emphysema

Dosage:
Children:
2-6 years – Half teaspoonful (2.5 mL)
6-12 years – One teaspoonful (5 mL)
Adults:
Two teaspoonfuls (10 mL).
These doses are to be taken three times a day or as directed by the physician.
Precautions:Patients taking Diphenhydramine hydrochloride-containing products should be advised that this drug may cause drowsiness and has an additive effect with alcohol. Patients should be warned about engaging in activities requiring mental alertness such as driving a car or operating appliances, machinery, etc.
